Meet The Owner
Tim Martin started in the pizza industry at the tender age of 14. It was his first “real job” after mowing lawns, delivering newspapers, shoveling snow, etc.
Tim continued working in pizza stores (both independent and large national chains) while attending Arizona State University. His love of pizza, and his leadership skills, drove Tim to join the management training program for the world’s largest pizza chain where he excelled as the general manager of multiple locations. He eventually franchised two stores in the Pacific Northwest.
As the owner-operator of the independent Brothers Pizza Peoria, Tim feels set free of the corporate world and loves the freedom to experiment with recipes, techniques, and ingredients that he never had the ability to explore before. We think you will love the results.
